A sound business base
Advent Leisure Homes is a brand of Shepherd Park & Leisure Homes Ltd (SP&LH) which is part of the Shepherd Group. The Shepherd Group, founded in 1890, is one of the UK's leading privately-owned businesses employing around 4,000 people based at over 100 locations around the world. This means we have the independence and financial security to ensure that quality and customer care remain at the heart of our operation. SP&LH now has two distinct and respected brands: Advent Leisure Homes and Homeseeker Park Homes (Residential Park Homes).
Our new head office is based in Rushden, Northants and was officially opened in October 2008. Our facilities include our purpose built, state-of-the-art factory for the production of leisure lodges and park homes, two permanent show "villages" and customer facilities. All ranges are now produced in Rushden using leading-edge manufacturing techniques.
SP&LH has created three permanent and attractive show villages: one at York and two at Rushden. The models are permanently sited in landscaped settings, just as they would be on a real park, with all the benefit of natural light. Our York show village was opened in April 2008 and features 12* Advent lodges and our Rushden show village features 6* Advent lodges and 9* Homeseeker Park Homes.
Look before you decide
If you pop into one of our show villages you will discover one of the largest collection of luxury lodges on display in the country. As a result, you can inspect nearly every model in our range from the entry-level Oregano to the top-of-the-range Valerian. You can be left on your own for an informal walk around so you can check out the different levels of features and fittings that make each lodge special. And afterwards, an experienced Customer Advisor will always be on hand to answer questions and offer advice over a complimentary hot drink.
