NEW, only available at the open weekend a FREE industry guide 'Recognising the financial value in choosing a park home' 

Homeseeker Park Homes, the residential park home manufacturer who are part of the £725 million turnover privately owned Shepherd Group, has announced the dates for their summer open-weekend.

The open weekend will run over July 25th and 26th from 10am to 4pm at the purpose built show village at Rushden, Northants. Among the attractions visitors will have the chance to experience 9 residential park homes in a realistic landscaped setting as well as enjoying a summer BBQ.

A FREE impartial industry guide, 'Recognising the value in choosing a park home', is only available on the open weekend days to be taken away by all visitors. The report covers topics such as equity release and its benefits as well as how household bills are reduced, how you can save on maintenance and repairs and identifies other financial benefits of park home living.

Visitors will also be able to pick up a copy of another useful report, 'Choosing a Park Home - An essential guide'. It includes an impartial, convenient 24 point checklist to help them make the most of park living while avoiding some of the common pitfalls encountered when choosing a park home.

The Park Selector facility will be available, an interactive computer based search tool for selecting parks across the UK. You can specify the criteria that you want from a park such as location and price range and the online tool will match any available options.

There will also be an opportunity to meet representatives from some residential parks who will be able to answer questions on their specific parks.

The park homes will all be open to be seen at leisure. They are fully furnished and feature tasteful interior designs down to the range of colours and fabrics used.
