The Jasmine range meets the needs of customers who want their living space to take full advantage of views to the front of the home. Therefore the focus of the design is a cross lounge running the whole width that features two pairs of French windows set into the front elevation. The jasmine Opus variation adds a package of valuable features: three velux roof windows, LCD flat screen tv and dvd, leather sofas and all main kitchen appliances. The leather sofa in the Jasmine is a custom built horseshoe shape, again to ensure the outside is enjoyed wherever people are sitting.

The dining area behind the lounge will be one of the most stylish Advent has created. The hallway with ceramic effect flooring opens onto the utility room, kitchen/living areas, study, family bathroom and two large, luxurious bedrooms. In the master bedroom – every detail has been carefully thought through. The full height wardrobes have sliding mirrored doors, a king-sized bed is standard and the unusually large shower room has an oversized power shower. The second bedroom is well equipped with storage too and accommodates two twin beds or a 4’6” double. Available in lengths from 44’ to 66’ with widths up to 22’.
